CONTRACT FORMATION
All orders placed by you the customer on Gannon Ergonomics Website are on the basis of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us. Your order confirmation is for your convenience only and does not constitute an acceptance of your order.
Title in the goods shall not pass to the customer until all sums due from the customer to the supplier (Gannon Ergonomics) have been paid in full.
YOUR ORDER
We reserve the right to substitute goods within your order with goods of an equivalent nature (eg a red punch for a black punch). If you do not wish to accept the substituted product/colour then you must return them to us within 7 days of their receipt. Any item that is out of stock when order is placed will be backordered and you will be notified by email of the expected delivery date. Should the delivery date be unacceptable please respond to our email, by return and we will cancel the backorder.
DELIVERY SHORTAGES
On receipt of your order and prior to signing for your goods, please carefully check the supporting delivery note supplied by the carrier, to ensure, that the contents of your delivery corresponds to the items mentioned on the delivery note/packing slip. Once these dockets are signed no responsibility can be accepted afterwards for short delivery if there is a discrepancy. All shortages must be reported by email to Gannon Ergonomics within 24 hours. Claims for shortages must be supported by the carrier’s proof of delivery note on which the goods have been signed for as short.
PRICING
“List Price“ used on this Site represents the manufacturers’ suggested retail selling prices at the issuing of the annual price list and may not be indicative of the prevailing selling prices at any specific time and place in your area.
“Our Price” despite our careful attention to pricing, an item could be incorrectly priced. If an item’s correct price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct) amount and deliver the item to you. If, however, an item’s correct price is higher than our quoted price, Gannon Ergonomics will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. We will contact you to discuss the matter with you should it arise.
“Save” all reference to savings on this Site are based on your average savings, relative to the “List Price” supplied to us from our supplier at time of publication.
FURNITURE
A separate delivery charge will be added to most furniture items as these incur additional handling and delivery cost from manufacturers.
Please note all furniture and chairs come un-assembled. You will be required to assemble the items yourself.
There is an installation and assembly service available for any furniture item purchased from Gannon Ergonomics price is available on request.
PRICE PROMISE
We at Gannon Ergonomics strive to offer the most competitive price on the marketplace. However, if you find an Internet retailer in Ireland offering a lower price on an identical product of the same brand and model within 10 days of your purchase from Gannon Ergonomics we will credit your account for 100% of the price difference.
The products in question must be identical, i.e. the same manufacturer and model etc. and the product must be priced in €. (Euro)
You must be able to produce documentary evidence of the price of the product quoted by the other supplier, in the form of an official quote, internet address etc.
The price quoted must be within the ten days of quotation.
As you can appreciate, this price promise does not apply to:
Old products and those not immediately available.
Promotional prices or free offers that are not normal retail prices.
Prices based on printing or typographical errors.
Products with special financing terms.
Agreed special contract pricing.
Companies that are not based in Ireland, or office supplies retailers that do not sell online.

We may contact you periodically to communicate promotions and special offers. As per the legal requirements, on every communication a valid ‘opt-out’ option will be provided.
